1.How do I order?

2.How do I pay?
We accept Paypal, and cheques made payable to Natalie Jayne Handbags. Please write your name, cheque card number, card expiry date, and address on the back of the cheque. Orders made by cheque will require 7 days for clearance before delivery of order. All prices are shown in £ (GBP) sterling.

2. How will it be delivered and packaged?
For all UK orders made, stock permitting, we use a Royal Mail recorded delivery service at a standard charge of £7 per purchase for postage and packing. Please note this service needs to be signed for by someone on arrival. International shipping costs are available on request. We cannot be held responsible for late delivery or non- delivery of orders caused by postal or courier services. Your handbag will arrive cushioned in layers of tissue and packaged in a recycled and recyclable box.

3. How soon Can I get the products I ordered?
As the handbags are hand-made to order we aim to dispatch your order within 14-21 days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. However if you need an item urgently, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

4. Will the bag ordered be to the exact specification as seen in the pictures?
As all bags are hand-made from recycled materials, a level of variation can sometimes be expected however these will be kept to a minimum. Should any fabric or trimming become unavailable a suitable replacement will be sought, after consultation with you.

5.Can I return if I’m not happy with a purchase?
In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and return within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase. We will make an exchange or refund, providing the item is in the original packing and condition. Please also obtain a proof of return posting from the Post Office as it is difficult for us to exchange or refund if an item is lost in the post, unless a proof of posting can be provided.  Please also note return postage costs are not refundable if an order is being returned as it is unsuitable, however you will not be responsible if it is due to a defect with the product.
